THE FRIEND OF HEALTH

We are all a large family of mankind. We all strive for the attainment of some kind of happiness be it case, rank, money, learning, amusement or excitement. We may neglect to cast a single glance towards the real blessings of this world, wisdom and health.
My mission permits me not to point out the means of ennobling the mind; it behoves me only to preach upon the greatest of corporeal blessings, health- which scarcely any take the trouble to seek after, and few know how to value until it is lost.
It’s more important to talk about the rational care of the health.
We talk about a lot things such as a certain diet is helping or not, certain medications should be tried, certain habits are dangerous, marvellous diseases, cases of sudden death, beautifying remedies and anecdotes about physicians.
All know something, only not what is wholesome for themselves.
We should start thinking what are my own pernicious habits, how is my system, how can I follow a regimen which is most appropriate for my own constitution. Denying this can be responsible for undermining of your health.
This doesn’t mean that one should be excessively concerned about one’s health. As we know everything has its proper bounds, every human being has its particular sphere and he needs to be thoroughly conversant to it.
It is beneficial to have some medical knowledge and care for your own health, so that it can prove useful in your day to day life. In our busy routine we should be able to devote some time to knowing and doing things to preserve our health.
It’s more important to spend some time now, learning those little things to improve our health than to think at later stages where you got to be thinking about prolonging your life before the end of your earthly existence.
It would be my pleasure contributing something to the happiness of mankind, if you listen to my voice as if it were the voice of a friend!
