Approaching a new calendar year is just an opportunity to make resolutions about many things in your life. It may be your daily routine, exercise, time management, learning a new skill, being more social, etc.
We often fail to stick to these changes we seek to achieve; hence, New Year's resolutions have become a joke. These are often made fun of and we never take them seriously.
We end up in our old routine with regrets about our resolutions.
Why do we fail, at resolutions?
- Setting unachievable goals
- Getting influenced by someone
- not having thought about it properly
- Superficial need or mood requirements
Dream big, start small and grow every day. A small consistent change will make a big difference over time.

- To be kind
- To help others
- To stay focused
- To love yourself
- To care for elders
- To express your emotions
- To make new friends
- To celebrate small moments
